From the Import Data menu, you can access options for uploading files to register data massively within the application.

 

IMPORTANT: Before proceeding, if due to business requirements, your database should be divided so that not all users are able to see the database in full, read the section on Sub-Organizations first.

 

Before performing this step it is advisable that the fields of these items already be defined and configured in the fields and values section. If files that contain fields that were not defined were uploaded, an alert would pop up in the options at this point showing which columns would not be imported. Similarly if some field were defined as mandatory, for example the email field, and the file we uploaded contained a contact which did not contain that data, an alert would also pop up so that it could be corrected and the correct data be uploaded to 'arewedoing.

 

If no errors are found in the file, a message confirming that everything is correct will be displayed and the Upload File button will appear.
