Emails can be sent to a company’s contacts in a very similar manner to calls.

 

Go to the contact and click on the Mail tab, all emails sent to that contact are listed on this tab. Here a new email can be composed. To create a new email click on the “Compose Mail” button.

 

A window opens up where you can enter the subject, contact copy, blind carbon copy, and the body of the message.

 

Once the email has been sent , it will appear on the list of emails. Just like with the calls, you can click on an email to display the details.
