When a customer is called, a reflection of that call can be left in 'arewedoing, for example, the result of that call, duration, next steps, notes, etc. ...

 

To do this, go to the Contact or Account to be called and click on the phone icon, from there past calls can be consulted and calls can be created by clicking the Add Call button, which opens the panel that allows us to create the call.

 

Filling in the fields that are needed to establish the call and pressing save at the end of the call leaves a record of our conversations with clients in Arewedoing, which allows us to make decisions after analyzing the results.
