As you can see on our website, we can address any issues that may arise whilst using 'arewedoing.

 

Simply by writing any issue in the box labelled “How can we help you?” Help topics related to your query appear. However, if the query is not listed amongst the help topics that come up or if any other incident arises, we can open a ticket for technical support and our ‘arewedoing support team will promptly answer your questions or resolve any issues that you may have.

 

To open a ticket simply click “New Support Ticket” and a window will open in which you will be able to state your concerns. For this you must include a subject, under product select CRM 'Arewedoing (for more precise results the Service Element concerned should also be entered), select the priority and lastly state your question or issue in the Description box.
